Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years commercial/sales management experience in retail/consumer products
- Proven track record of revenue growth and team leadership
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Deep understanding of Sulawesi Tengah market dynamics
