- Oversee and manage multiple retail store locations within the assigned area
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth
- Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Ensure consistent quality standards across all locations
- Train and mentor store managers to enhance leadership capabilities
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operations and identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities in the area
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of retail operations and consumer behavior
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office applications
