Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily operations of the assigned area to ensure efficiency and adherence to company protocols.
  • Supervise and lead a team of staff, conducting daily briefings and providing constructive performance feedback.
  • Implement and enforce strict housekeeping standards to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
  • Coordinate with regional management to track inventory levels and manage supply orders effectively.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Assist in training new hires and conducting orientation sessions on company policies.
  • Monitor operational goals and assist in the development of strategies to improve sales and service quality.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Management, Retail, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or coordinating role, preferably in retail or consumer products.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards and general retail operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently in a dynamic setting.
  • Basic computer literacy (proficiency in MS Office and POS systems is a plus).
  • Must possess a valid government ID (SSS, UMID, or Postal ID).
