Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the assigned area to ensure efficiency and adherence to company protocols.
- Supervise and lead a team of staff, conducting daily briefings and providing constructive performance feedback.
- Implement and enforce strict housekeeping standards to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
- Coordinate with regional management to track inventory levels and manage supply orders effectively.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Assist in training new hires and conducting orientation sessions on company policies.
- Monitor operational goals and assist in the development of strategies to improve sales and service quality.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Management, Retail, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or coordinating role, preferably in retail or consumer products.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards and general retail operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently in a dynamic setting.
- Basic computer literacy (proficiency in MS Office and POS systems is a plus).
- Must possess a valid government ID (SSS, UMID, or Postal ID).
