Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of SPGs, Merchandisers, and Team Leaders in assigned territory
- Implement and monitor promotional strategies to maximize product visibility and sales
- Ensure compliance with merchandising standards and brand guidelines
- Conduct regular field visits to assess team performance and operational efficiency
- Train and develop staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional initiatives with company goals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare performance reports and recommend process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in supervisory/coordination role within retail/consumer goods
- Proven team leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in sales reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and retail management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Indonesian and English
- Knowledge of Surabaya retail market and distribution channels
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
