- Develop and execute strategic plans for Mindanao branch operations to achieve business growth targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage branch teams to maintain high performance standards
- Oversee daily operations including logistics, customer service, and financial management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor regional performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience in logistics/shipping industry
- Proven track record of managing multi-location operations in Mindanao region
- Strong strategic planning and financial management capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of Mindanao market dynamics and business landscape
- Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions
