Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives for the designated area
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning initiatives
- Drive performance management programs and employee development initiatives
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor regulations
- Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure operational consistency
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Manage budget allocation for HR programs and initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Proven track record in talent management and organizational development
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience in retail or fast-paced consumer goods industry preferred
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
