Tanggung Jawab

  • Partner with Area Managers to drive business performance through effective people strategies.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives across the area.
  • Coach and develop store management teams on leadership, feedback, and performance management.
  • Ensure seamless execution of HR processes, including payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention strategies to maintain a high-performing retail team.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for business improvement.
  • Ensure total compliance with local labor regulations and internal H&M policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably in a retail or fast-paced consumer environment.
  • Proven track record in strategic HR business partnering at an area or regional level.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and local labor regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a global, fast-changing, and results-driven organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
