Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with Area Managers to drive business performance through effective people strategies.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives across the area.
- Coach and develop store management teams on leadership, feedback, and performance management.
- Ensure seamless execution of HR processes, including payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
- Drive employee engagement and retention strategies to maintain a high-performing retail team.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for business improvement.
- Ensure total compliance with local labor regulations and internal H&M policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably in a retail or fast-paced consumer environment.
- Proven track record in strategic HR business partnering at an area or regional level.
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and local labor regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
- Ability to thrive in a global, fast-changing, and results-driven organization.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
