Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire project lifecycle from planning to completion within assigned area
- Ensure strict compliance with contractual terms, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and maintain project quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and suppliers
- Implement corrective actions to address project deviations and maintain profitability
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports and stakeholder communications
- Lead site inspections and enforce quality control measures
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and regulatory bodies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of construction management experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and quality assurance
- Proven track record in project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD)
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
