Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of 3-5 coffee shop locations within Jakarta Raya
- Lead, coach, and develop store managers to achieve performance targets
- Implement company standards for customer service, product quality, and store presentation
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and develop action plans for growth
- Manage inventory control, cost optimization, and vendor relationships
- Drive employee engagement through training programs and recognition systems
- Collaborate with marketing team on local promotions and community initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant/F&B chain management
- Proven track record in leading multi-unit operations or large teams
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and product development
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales and operational data
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS platforms
- Demonstrated success in developing talent and building high-performing teams
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for cross-functional collaboration
