MR.DIY is seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to oversee our retail operations in the Kota Kuala Muda area. As an Area Manager, you will be at the forefront of this mission, leading a team of store managers and supervisors across multiple outlets. You will be responsible for maximizing sales potential, optimizing operational workflows, and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the MR.DIY brand promise.
Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, managing inventory logistics, and conducting regular performance audits. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail outlets to ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation.
- Drive sales performance by analyzing store metrics and implementing effective merchandising strategies.
- Train, mentor, and develop store managers and staff to maximize their potential and retention.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock ordering to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local labor laws.
- Build strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Proven track record in managing P&L (Profit and Loss) statements and driving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, specifically Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience in the retail FMCG sector is highly preferred.
