Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of multiple retail outlets in Kajang, Bangi, and Serdang
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business targets
- Monitor store performance, analyze key metrics, and implement improvement plans
- Train, mentor, and motivate retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure high standards of product quality, cleanliness, and store presentation
- Manage inventory control, stock levels, and product ordering
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in food or pastry retail
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
- Proven experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office applications
