Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple retail outlets to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and staff to achieve high performance, retention, and engagement.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze market trends, and implement strategic initiatives to exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Ensure consistent brand representation, visual merchandising standards, and superior customer service across all locations.
- Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage inventory levels, stock control, and supply chain logistics to minimize waste and maximize product availability.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve operational issues effectively to maintain brand reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in retail management or a similar area management role.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated track record of team development and performance improvement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Retail Management, or Hospitality is preferred.
