- Oversee daily operations of multiple F&B outlets to ensure consistent brand standards and service excellence
- Lead, mentor, and develop store teams through coaching, training, and performance management
- Drive sales growth by implementing targeted strategies and analyzing market trends
- Manage inventory control, cost optimization, and budget adherence across all assigned locations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to execute promotional campaigns
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in multi-unit retail/F&B management
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong analytical skills with experience in P&L management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of Philippine food service industry regulations and standards
