We are looking for a passionate and commercially driven Area Manager to oversee multiple stores and drive operational excellence across Jakarta. As part of the The Valiram Group, you will play a crucial role in shaping the retail experience for our customers and leading a team of talented professionals. This position requires a strategic thinker who can translate high-level business goals into actionable store-level performance.
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall performance of your assigned region, ensuring that all stores operate efficiently, meet sales targets, and maintain the highest standards of customer service. You will act as the bridge between corporate strategy and front-line operations, identifying opportunities for growth and resolving operational challenges.
Tanggung Jawab
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail outlets to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and exceed regional targets.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Brand Compliance: Enforce brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and customer service protocols.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, manage supply chain logistics, and minimize shrinkage.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and store metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional shopping experience for all customers and handle high-level customer escalations.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in retail management, with experience in a multi-store environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams towards common goals.
- Skills: Strong understanding of P&L management, inventory control, and retail operations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
