Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and management of multiple store locations within the assigned region.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and profitability for all outlets.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supply chain logistics, and ensure stock accuracy.
- Conduct regular field visits, performance audits, and staff training to ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate store managers and frontline staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and perform field work within Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-changing retail environment.
