- Direct supervision and performance management of multiple retail store locations
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs
- Ensure consistent brand standards and exceptional customer service across all stores
- Lead, mentor, and develop store managers through coaching and training initiatives
- Monitor inventory management, loss prevention, and operational compliance
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities within the assigned area

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience with multi-store oversight
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team development
