- Oversee daily operations of multiple supermarket locations in Bulacan and Valenzuela
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement corrective actions
- Manage inventory control, loss prevention, and operational compliance
- Lead, train, and motivate store teams through coaching and performance management
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all locations
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads on merchandising and promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience with multi-site oversight
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and training
- Expertise in inventory management, loss prevention, and retail analytics
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office Suite
