Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily operations within the assigned territory
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management
- Recruit, train, and motivate the retail team to ensure high performance standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Ensure excellent customer service standards across all retail locations
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail management or area supervision
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
