Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless performance across all assigned F&B outlets.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach store managers to maximize team potential and achieve individual and team goals.
  • Implement and strictly monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality consistency.
  • Drive sales performance and profitability targets through effective inventory management and cost control.
  • Conduct regular store visits, audits, and quality checks to identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve operational challenges and escalations with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in F&B management, retail supervision, or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
