Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless performance across all assigned F&B outlets.
- Lead, mentor, and coach store managers to maximize team potential and achieve individual and team goals.
- Implement and strictly monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality consistency.
- Drive sales performance and profitability targets through effective inventory management and cost control.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and quality checks to identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve operational challenges and escalations with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in F&B management, retail supervision, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
