Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and performance of retail stores within assigned Bali territory
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve KPIs and revenue targets
- Lead, coach, and motivate store teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels, visual merchandising, and compliance with brand standards
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Implement promotional campaigns and operational improvements
- Conduct regular store visits for performance evaluations and coaching
- Manage store budgets and P&L responsibilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years retail management experience in consumer products
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and team development
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial and operational data
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian retail market dynamics and consumer behavior
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
