Premiumbikes Corporation, a premier name in the motorcycle and bicycle retail industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to join our dynamic team in Bulacan, Central Luzon. As an Area Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations, overseeing multiple store locations, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing inventory and supply chain efficiency, and fostering a culture of high performance among store managers and staff. You will act as the key liaison between the corporate office and retail stores, ensuring that company standards, policies, and brand values are consistently upheld.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores in the Bulacan area, ensuring seamless execution of sales and service standards.
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product assortment to optimize sales and minimize losses.
- Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff to build a high-performance team culture.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and brand guidelines across all locations.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive, motorcycle, or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals, managing P&L, and leading diverse teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and retail management software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bulacan and Central Luzon.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle is an advantage.
