Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations across multiple retail/food outlets in the Cebu region to ensure brand alignment.
- Analyze financial reports and KPIs to drive sales growth, manage COGS, and control labor costs.
- Mentor and develop store managers and frontline staff to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all locations strictly adhere to health, safety, and brand quality standards.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase foot traffic and customer loyalty.
- Conduct regular site visits to audit store performance and implement corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to streamline logistics and inventory management processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-unit management within the retail, food, or service industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing operational budgets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Filipino (local dialect knowledge is a plus).
- Deep understanding of the Cebu business landscape and consumer behavior.
- Must be highly organized, data-driven, and capable of working in a high-pressure environment.
