Lakuliner is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Area Manager to oversee operations across the Central Java region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a high-performing team of store managers and staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
As the Area Manager, you will act as the bridge between corporate strategy and on-ground execution, ensuring that every outlet under your jurisdiction maintains high standards of quality, service, and hygiene while achieving aggressive sales targets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the performance and operations of multiple retail outlets located in Semarang and surrounding areas in Central Java.
- Drive regional sales growth by implementing effective strategies and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead, recruit, train, and mentor store managers and frontline staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure strict adherence to Lakuliner’s operational procedures, brand standards, and health regulations.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize inventory levels and menu offerings.
- Manage regional budgets and P&L (Profit and Loss) statements to ensure profitability.
- Resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth logistics for all assigned outlets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management or F&B operations.
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Indonesian (native) and English (verbal and written) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Valid driving license is an advantage for frequent site visits.
