Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations, performance, and profitability of multiple self-storage facilities within the assigned district.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets, occupancy rates, and operational KPIs.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate facility managers and their teams, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and professional development.
- Ensure consistent delivery of superior customer service, addressing customer feedback and maintaining high satisfaction levels across all facilities.
- Monitor and control operational expenses, manage budgets effectively, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
- Conduct regular facility audits and inspections to ensure adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and local economic conditions to identify growth opportunities and inform pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement promotional activities and drive customer acquisition and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive management experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-unit or district management role, preferably in retail, hospitality, property management, or the self-storage industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales, achieving revenue targets, and improving operational efficiency across multiple locations.
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and performance management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L management, budgeting, and expense control.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using business software, CRM systems, and property management tools.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned district in Petaling Jaya and Selangor.
