Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and performance of all assigned restaurant outlets in Kelantan and Terengganu.
- Manage the P&L (Profit and Loss) for the region, ensuring targets are met through efficient cost control and revenue generation.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, health regulations, and company policies across all locations.
- Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant managers and their teams to drive high employee retention and performance.
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive foot traffic.
- Conduct regular operational audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the central office to align regional goals with the company's long-term vision.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a managerial role within the F&B, Retail, or Hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on financial performance and budget management.
- Valid driverâs license and the ability to travel extensively within the region.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
