Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of 5+ F&B outlets in Jakarta Selatan
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Lead, train, and motivate store managers to drive team performance
- Monitor KPIs including sales, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Implement cost control measures and optimize operational efficiency
- Conduct regular store visits and performance audits
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 4 years' F&B management experience in retail
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in multi-unit operations
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Advanced knowledge of inventory control and P&L management
- Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office
