In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales performance and operational excellence of your designated area in Jakarta Raya. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and operational KPIs to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities within the assigned region.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster professional growth.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and brand standards.
- Foster strong relationships with dealers, suppliers, and key stakeholders in the local community.
- Manage operational budgets and resources to maximize profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, specifically within the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving aggressive sales goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of Honda products, market positioning, and customer needs.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid driving license is required.
