Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and strategic performance of retail stores within the Johor region.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate store managers and staff to foster a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and ensure accurate reporting of sales data and KPIs.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, brand standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to identify operational improvements and resolve issues.
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to enhance the Samsung brand reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of proven experience in retail business processes and retail management systems.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and driving sales growth in a retail setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with staff, customers, and senior management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the retail environment.
