Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of 5-7 retail stores in the Samarinda region
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Manage and mentor store managers through performance coaching and training
- Monitor inventory levels, product displays, and promotional effectiveness
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all locations
- Coordinate with supply chain to optimize product availability
- Implement Amartha's retail policies and operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience in consumer products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with team development experience
- Deep understanding of Kalimantan Timur market dynamics
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail analytics
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
