Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, manage, and oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales, reduce costs, and improve profitability
- Hire, train, and mentor restaurant managers to build high-performing teams
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet performance targets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to drive service enhancements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for marketing and promotional initiatives
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews across all locations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in restaurant/retail operations with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and operational efficiency
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L analysis
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of Malaysian food service industry regulations and standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel between locations
