Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of multiple llaollao branches to ensure brand consistency and service excellence.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and mentor store managers and staff to build a high-performing and highly motivated team.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain, and local store marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and customer loyalty.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operational policies.
- Manage labor costs and P&L responsibilities for the assigned region.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution to maintain brand reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Area Manager, District Manager, or Operations Manager, preferably in QSR or retail food.
- Strong background in managing P&L, inventory, and operational KPIs.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire multi-unit teams.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
