Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple fuel stations within the North Luzon region.
- Ensure strict adherence to company safety protocols, environmental standards, and government regulations.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, site profitability, and operational expenses to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Manage, coach, and evaluate station managers and frontline staff to ensure a high level of customer service.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure facility maintenance, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy.
- Implement localized marketing and promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and customer loyalty.
- Prepare and submit detailed operational reports to regional management regarding site performance and market trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of management experience in retail, petroleum, FMCG, or related operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage geographically dispersed teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel frequently across the North Luzon area.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
