Samsung is seeking an energetic, results-driven Area Manager to oversee our retail operations and partner store network in the Perak region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring brand compliance, and optimizing retail business processes across all designated outlets in your territory.
As an Area Manager, you will serve as the crucial link between corporate strategy and regional execution. You will leverage your extensive retail experience to manage key distributor relationships, streamline retail systems, and lead local store teams to consistently exceed targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee Samsung retail outlets and dealer networks within the Perak region to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize regional retail business processes and systems (POS, inventory management, CRM) to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular store audits to maintain premium merchandising standards, brand compliance, and optimal stock levels.
- Provide coaching, product training, and performance feedback to store managers and retail sales promoters.
- Analyze local sales reports and market trends to identify growth opportunities and execute targeted regional promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain, to ensure product launches are flawlessly executed.
- Resolve customer escalations and retail operational bottlenecks swiftly to maintain high levels of brand loyalty and satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of solid experience in retail business processes, regional operations, or territory management.
- Strong familiarity with modern retail systems, inventory management platforms, and sales analytics tools.
- Prior experience in the consumer electronics or electrical industry is highly advantageous but not compulsory.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding regional sales targets and leading retail teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel extensively across the Perak region.
