Tanggung Jawab
- Drive overall sales performance and profitability for the assigned Central Region.
- Manage P&L (Profit and Loss) statements for multiple stores to ensure budget adherence and growth.
- Lead, coach, and develop store managers and staff to achieve individual and team targets.
- Optimize inventory levels and supply chain processes to minimize waste and maximize turnover.
- Implement and enforce company visual merchandising and operational standards.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to formulate effective business strategies.
- Conduct regular store audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in retail management or multi-store operations.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial reports and sales metrics.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Central Region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
