Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and develop store teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Monitor store performance metrics including revenue, inventory, and customer satisfaction
- Implement company policies and training programs to maintain service standards
- Conduct regular store visits for coaching, compliance checks, and operational audits
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive strategies
- Manage recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluation of retail staff
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all locations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years retail management experience with team leadership
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong analytical skills for inventory control and performance reporting
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in retail management systems and MS Office suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
