- Oversee daily operations of multiple Sparks Education retail locations
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Recruit, train, and motivate retail teams for peak performance
- Monitor inventory management and visual merchandising standards
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and trends
- Implement customer experience enhancement programs
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years retail management experience in consumer goods
- Proven track record of sales team leadership and KPI achievement
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office
- Experience in education or children's products preferred
