Tanggung Jawab
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of multiple store locations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and brand standards are met.
- Financial Management: Manage P&L statements, control operational budgets, and optimize inventory levels to maximize profitability.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate store managers and their teams to build a high-performing workforce.
- Strategic Growth: Implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue and increase customer footfall.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to company policies, brand image, and food safety regulations across all units.
- Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain high service levels.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Food & Beverage, Restaurant Service, or Retail Management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with composure.
- Driving License: Valid driving license is required.
