Join Bina Artha Ventura as an Area Manager in Ujung Bulu and lead our retail expansion in Sulawesi Selatan. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of 5-7 retail stores within assigned territory
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to exceed KPIs
- Manage store budgets, inventory control, and operational expenses
- Coach and develop store managers through performance-based training
- Coordinate with Head Office on target alignment, budget planning, and work execution
- Implement visual merchandising and customer service standards
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years retail management experience with 2+ years in multi-store leadership
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team development
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in retail management systems (ERP, POS)
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Knowledge of Sulawesi Selatan consumer market preferred
