Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive regional marketing and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the field sales team to ensure optimal productivity and performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the region to identify new growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and potential clients.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to prepare actionable reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team to ensure brand consistency and effective campaign execution.
- Conduct regular field visits to evaluate store/territory performance and implement corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management or field marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or distribution industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed aggressive sales quotas.
