Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and manage a team of promotional representatives in the designated area
- Develop and execute area-specific marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Analyze sales data and campaign performance to optimize ROI
- Coordinate logistics for promotional events and product sampling activities
- Build relationships with key retail partners and distribution channels
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years as Area Marketing Supervisor or 2-4 years as Promotion Representative
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing field teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets through promotions
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic analytics tools
