Join Panen Lestari Indonesia as an Area Operation Manager for our beauty retail division and lead the expansion of our premium beauty stores across Surabaya. This pivotal role combines strategic retail leadership with hands-on operational excellence to drive sales growth and brand loyalty in Indonesia's competitive beauty market. You'll oversee multiple store locations, develop high-performing teams, and implement innovative merchandising strategies that elevate the customer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new product lines, optimize inventory management, and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage daily operations of 3-5 beauty retail stores in the Surabaya region
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly KPIs
- Train and mentor store managers on customer service excellence and product knowledge
- Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and visual merchandising standards
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and product launches
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail regulations
- Conduct regular store audits and performance evaluations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years retail management experience with 2+ in beauty/cosmetics
- Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership
- Strong analytical skills for inventory and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and beauty industry trends
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
