Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of 5-8 retail outlets in the Surabaya area
- Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and staff productivity
- Implement company standards for customer service and visual merchandising
- Conduct regular store audits and compliance checks
- Develop action plans to improve operational efficiency and sales targets
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Resolve customer escalations and operational issues promptly
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail operations/supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency preferred
- Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
