- Supervise daily production operations across assigned region to meet quality and efficiency targets
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams to optimize workflow and resource utilization
- Implement and monitor operational KPIs while maintaining compliance with safety standards
- Lead team development through coaching, training, and performance evaluation
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain departments for seamless inventory management
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or retail operations
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development capabilities
- Proficiency in inventory control systems and production management software
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
