- Oversee and manage the daily operational activities of assigned retail stores to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate store teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain brand standards, compliance, and consistent store presentation.
- Drive sales performance by setting targets, analyzing key metrics, and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve revenue goals.
- Manage inventory control, merchandising standards, and visual displays to optimize product presentation and minimize loss.
- Promptly address customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues, ensuring positive resolutions and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance, operational efficiency, and staff productivity for senior management.
- Collaborate with upper management to develop and execute business strategies focused on growth, profitability, and market expansion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in retail operations or store management, preferably within the apparel or fashion industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to consistently achieve sales and operational objectives.
- Strong understanding of retail metrics, inventory management principles, and visual merchandising best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by retail operations.
