Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily operations for the Denpasar region, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives
- Supervise and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering high performance and professional development
- Coordinate project execution across multiple sites, maintaining timelines and budgetary constraints
- Implement and maintain operational procedures to enhance service excellence and customer satisfaction
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven improvements

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in supervisory or operations management roles
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance optimization
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in operational management software and reporting tools
