Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct product education sessions to inform customers about features, benefits, and proper usage
- Present product offerings and promotional materials to customers in the Mamasa area
- Drive sales by effectively communicating product value propositions and addressing customer inquiries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders in the region
- Monitor market trends and customer preferences to provide valuable feedback to the marketing team
- Collaborate with sales team to develop and implement area-specific promotional strategies
- Track sales performance and promotional effectiveness, reporting results to management
- Represent the company professionally at customer events and promotional activities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service in the retail/consumer products sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customer segments
- Excellent product presentation and demonstration abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and local dialects of the Mamasa region
- Basic computer skills for reporting and data entry
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the Mamasa area
