Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-volume sales roles across Manado region
- Design and execute localized sourcing strategies leveraging community networks, digital platforms, and industry partnerships
- Manage recruitment pipelines through ATS while maintaining quality standards and compliance
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate sales competencies and cultural fit
- Develop targeted employer branding initiatives to position BukuWarung as an employer of choice
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize processes to improve time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define talent requirements and forecast hiring needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment experience with proven success in high-volume hiring environments
- Expertise in local talent sourcing strategies and Manado/Sulawesi labor market dynamics
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage diverse candidate audiences
- Track record of meeting/exceeding recruitment targets in sales or customer-facing roles
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; local language proficiency in regional dialects preferred
- Experience working in fintech, retail, or consumer goods recruitment highly valued
