As an Area Representative Officer, you will be the face of NIXX, driving brand visibility, managing retail partner relationships, and ensuring our market presence in Surabaya remains dominant. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses sharp negotiation skills, and is passionate about delivering exceptional results in the retail and FMCG sectors.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase brand penetration in the assigned Surabaya territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with vape shops, retail partners, and distributors.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure product availability, optimal shelf positioning, and brand compliance.
- Manage inventory levels at partner outlets to prevent stockouts and maximize sales turnover.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and brand activation events locally.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or retail operations (FMCG/Tobacco industry experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Deep understanding of the local Surabaya retail landscape and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data reporting.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and own a vehicle for field mobility.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and resilient with a strong sense of ownership.
