Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and competitive trends
- Plan and coordinate promotional activities to maximize product visibility
- Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and product availability
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with marketing team on campaign execution and brand positioning
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in FMCG/retail industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights
- Valid Malaysian driver's license with willingness for local travel
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
