Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for sales and market expansion? Guan Tong Industries is seeking an energetic and motivated Area Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Ipoh. This is an excellent opportunity for a field-oriented professional to manage client relationships, drive brand presence, and contribute to the growth of our retail and consumer products portfolio.
As an Area Sales Executive, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with existing partners and identifying new business opportunities within the Perak region. We are looking for someone who excels in relationship management, understands the local retail landscape, and is dedicated to meeting ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular site visits to retail outlets to ensure brand visibility and optimal product placement.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and store managers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable feedback to the management team.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting and negotiation to closing and account maintenance.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to track performance against KPIs.
- Provide product training and support to retail staff to ensure effective promotion of our consumer products.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or field marketing (fresh graduates with a strong drive are encouraged to apply).
- Possess a valid driving license and own reliable transportation for frequent travel within Ipoh and surrounding areas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or relevant local dialects.
- Proven ability to negotiate and influence decision-makers at various levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) for sales reporting purposes.
